Job description

Hire, build, and lead the engineering team. Find the top engineering talents. Become a mentor, a coach and help them do their best work at MadKudu.

Drive engineering execution: the traditional “deliver on-time on-cost on-target”. This include project planning, team organization, etc.

Develop strategy and engineering roadmaps working with a rockstar CTO to ensure MadKudu becomes and remains the best player in the space.


Do you have excellent engineering skills?
Our goal is ambitious. We need your A-game to build a product that can digest billions of data points and make decisions accurately in a few milliseconds. Have you built a real-time machine learning service before? or a B2B data platform? You’re going to have fun.

Do you enjoy turning chaos into motion?
We’re early stage. No, this is not an apology : ) It is very fun if you like choosing your path, feel comfortable with uncertainties, and enjoy the feeling of making huge progress in very little time. Being an “agile” blackbelt with an engineering “COO” mindset helps a lot here!

Are you a proven leader?
We’ve got a very deep technical and domain knowledge (we’ve been building big data pipelines for the past 10 years, so we’d better be!). But we need your people and leadership skills to build a team that shines by its excellence. Have you done it before, at small scale, big scale? Do your people reach out to you for advice and coaching? You’ll rock at MadKudu!
