Hire, build, and lead the engineering team. Find the top engineering talents. Become a mentor, a coach and help them do their best work at MadKudu.
Drive engineering execution: the traditional “deliver on-time on-cost on-target”. This include project planning, team organization, etc.
Develop strategy and engineering roadmaps working with a rockstar CTO to ensure MadKudu becomes and remains the best player in the space.
